Looking for management to run our locally owned and operated restaurant. It is a family style atmosphere with no alcohol. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner (full menu) all day everyday. Must have the ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. We offer competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Must have experience in the following:

- Management of daily restaurant operations with a focus on execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience
- Promote a teaching and learning environment
- P&L knowledge, food cost and inventory management
- Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues and vendors while demonstrating leadership
- Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
- Knowledge of food specs and execution
- 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Manager/ Asst. Manager in a full-service restaurant in all areas of operations.
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Developmental skills
